Unused purchased credits may be eligible for a refund after manual review.

Credits already used for a completed generation are generally not refundable, because generation consumes third-party AI resources.

Eligible failed generations return their generation credits automatically.

Policy violations, unsafe uploads, or unsupported inputs may be rejected before generation and may not qualify for payment refunds.

Refunds may be denied for abuse, fraudulent use, chargeback abuse, or attempts to generate prohibited content.
